Shrink film is now a very important packaging materials.By shrink – wrapping the produce, not only does it remain intact and protected from weather, but also reduces packing cost and makes for easier handling.We manufacture very high quality shrink film both mono-axial and bi-axial oriented. we supply heavy – duty shrink film (100 microns) fro foodstuffs, beverage packing, etc.The shrink percentage of our 50 microns film will be 65 -75% longitudinal and 20 - 25% transverse directions.

We make marker or caution tapes of quality that its expectancy is estimated to be approximately 20 years of above-ground and underground ducts and cables. We also make red and white tape with printed messages for highlighting traffic and road hazards and diversions.Other than red standard underground services such as laying over electrical or telephone cable line etc. caution tapes can be supplied in any colour with any inscription as required by our valued customers.The film used is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and chemicals commonly found in subsoil.

Petro Foam for Plastic Production, polythelene slaving is manufactured in accordance with BS 6076:1981 nad ASTM-D-1248-78 from prime grade raw polyethylene. General properties of the Sleeving: a. Free form tears and voids with no pin – holes or other flaws. b. The tensile strength of the film in both machine and transverse direction is not less than 13 MPa. c. Elongation at break in both and transverse direction will not be less than 350%. d. Sleeving is anti-corrosive high resistant to most acids, alkalies and subsoil salts and diameters 80 mm – 1200 mm in blue and black colours.

The largest class of plastics, any of the polymers of ethylene. Its simple basic structure, of ethylene monomers, can be linear (high-density and ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene; HDPE and UHMWPE, respectively) or branched to a greater or lesser degree (low-density and linear low-density polyethylene; LDPE and LLDPE, respectively).
The branched polyethylene’s have similar structural characteristics (Ex: low crystalline content), properties (high flexibility), and uses (packaging film, plastic bags, mulch, insulation, squeeze bottles, toys, and house wares). HDPE has a dense, highly crystalline structure of high strength and moderate stiffness; uses include beverage bottles, liquid detergent jugs, crates, barrels, and luggage. UHMWPE is made with molecular weights 6–12 times that of HDPE; it can be spun and stretched into stiff, highly crystalline fibers with a tensile strength many times that of steel; uses include bulletproof vests.
PVC is an acronym for polyvinyl chloride a synthetic resin, an organic polymer made by treating vinyl chloride monomers with a peroxide.
In full polyvinyl chloride It may be blended with more rubbery polymers or copolymerized with other vinyls to obtain products with desired properties. PVC resin mixed with plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments is made into flexible articles (Ex: raincoats, toys, containers). Non plasticized resin has been used for rigid products (Ex: water, plumbing fittings, phonograph records). Concern over leaching of vinyl chloride into foods has resulted in restrictions on its use in food containers; its decomposition into hydrogen chloride when burned has also raised concerns. Today it is produced in larger quantities than any other plastic except polyethylene
